By John Courchane, SolidLine Media Editor
I’m honestly not even sure why this blog post needs to exist. Do we post a blog every time the sun rises? Do we post a blog every time water is wet? Maybe we should post blogs the next time John Courchane DOESN’T win a SolidLine Bracket Challenge.

Sure, there are unconfirmed reports that he was curled up in the fetal position, cradling a block of Wisconsin cheddar cheese Saturday after his Badgers lost a heart breaker to tournament runner-up Kentucky. Maybe he showed up to work on Monday already in full Brewers baseball mode. But don’t let any of that distract from the fact that Courchane was just doing what he does best. Winning things. [Editor’s note: Uggghhhhh].

And much like in life, where there are winners, there are losers. In this case, last year’s Cinderella Story, Mike Petrik, turned back into a pumpkin, with a dead last finish. His bracket had more red than a 4k camera. (Hooray, video production industry jokes!). As punishment, he’s going to have to spend an entire day working in the alley that SolidLine shares with Dunkin Donuts, a Thai restaurant, and a sandwich shop. Exciting smells await.
Thanks to everyone who participated — we hope to have everyone back here next year!
