WHAT: JWT Worldwide’s Agencia Casa in Brazil was looking for a way to get employees to fill out their mandatory time sheets. Like rewarding a kid who eats his vegetables, they introduced a refrigerator full of beer (and non-alcoholic beverages) that would only open when the time sheet was completely full. The result was more productivity and a fun viral video.

STATS: Posted just over a week ago, the video has been seen more than 20,000 times.
